No one is perfect and mistakes do happen, so the team at Nevtech has created a warranty program for every single one of our products to ensure you're satisfied and happy with your purchase.

POLICY
| **Our Warranty only provides coverage for problems related to the function or operation due to faulty parts or other internal problems. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to send the product after 14 days. We do not cover things such as broken knobs, pots, jacks, or switches due to overuse under the warranty, however we are able to repair these issues for a very affordable quote, this also applies to non-warrantied products. Paint chipping and cracking will not be repaired only parts related to the function of the product. Any internal tampering or self-repairs will automatically void the warranty. Any international or outside USA will have to be quoted for repairs, only products sold within the USA are eligible for Nevtech's warranty program. ** |
Manufacturer Warranty for Analog Classic Series
| Manufacture Warranty for all Analog Classic Series | As of April 2024, we provide a 6-month manufacturer non-transferable warranty within the USA for any issue that is related to the function or operation of a Classic Analog Series product. |
Return Policy
| Returns have a window of 14 days upon arrival. Returns requested after 14 days will be refused. All returns must be shipped in the original condition with the original packaging or a 25% restocking fee will be applied. |
Repairs
| Repairs include functional or operational issues with the device. We do not repair chipped paint or cosmetic issues with the device such as scratches, chips, dents, or physical ware. |
