Frequently Asked Questions

Returns and Refunds	Returns have a window of 14 days upon arrival. Returns requested after 14 days will be refused. All returns must be shipped in the original condition with the original packaging or a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds will take approximately 5-7 business days to be processed and will be returned via original form of payment. Nevtech does not have control over how quickly a return may be processed.

Delivery Times	Orders will be shipped within 4 business days upon purchase. If the product you purchase is not readily available, it may take 1-2 weeks. We will send you an email with information if this is the case. Domestic - Around 5 business days to be delivered. This is estimated and not guaranteed. International - Around 14 business days to be delivered. This is estimated and not guaranteed.
Can I contact a tech for advice about my purchase?	Absolutely, head over to our contact form and tell us what you need help with. There are also loads of videos and forums full of information throughout the web. If you're still having issues that cannot be resolved, we will try our best to troubleshoot the issue you are having. Please keep in mind we cannot spend hours consulting you on your rig and pedals. If nothing else works you will most likely have to send it in.
What power supply is needed?	All of the Analog Classic Series pedals require a 9V DC adapter with the center negative and shell positive. These can be found at a wide variety of stores and online shops. We recommend choosing a high-quality isolated power supply, this will greatly improve clarity and sound quality. There are also 9V adapter to 9V battery chords available that also work and sound excellent.
Who pays duties and taxes?	The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes that are associated with his or her nation.
